In the Town of Vail 31 homes sold in 2020 compared to 39 homes in 2019 YTD. Sales price per square foot did drop in the Town of Vail from $812 to $709 in 2020. But Condo and Townhome Sales Price Per Square foot in the Town Of Vail increased to $650/Sq ft in 2020 from $590 in 2019.

Single Family and Duplex sales in Vail Village and Lionshead showed a climb from $1,798 Sales Price Per Square foot in 2019 to $2,647 in 2020.

Condo/TH sales showed strength in Sales Price Per Square Foot increasing to $858 compared to $778 last year.

Cordillera continues to show strength in sales compared to last year. Total homes sold so far this year has exceeded last year YTD. This year there have been 25 homes sold compared to 22 last year. In July alone there were 7 closings. While the Average Sales Price per Square foot has only moved to $347 compared to $346 last year the highest Sold Price Per Square foot was $582 this year compared
to $471 last year.

Arrowhead Sales Price Per Square Foot dipped this year to $542 versus $579 last year. High sales price thus far this year has only been $3.325M compared to $9.3M in 2019 YTD. Average Sales Price Per Square Foot did find some strength in Arrowhead is $670 this year compared to $641 last year.
