Vail Valley/Cordillera Real Estate May 2020

You will see in the attached Report that the overall volume of all 5 focus areas is 66% of
last year but Average Sold Price for single-family and duplex homes for those areas was 98% of
last year at $2,934,911. Townhome and Condo sales across all 5 focus areas, however, are still
showing strength reaching 91% of 2019’ volume.

In the Report, you will see Cordillera is proving
to have the strongest sales vis a vis last year’s with a 6.5% increase in volume and the Sales Price
Per Square Foot is up 5.4% reaching $351/Square Foot.

All Focus Area Sold Single Family Homes/ Sold Condos And Town Homes

With regard to all 5 focus areas, Town of Vail (TOV) SF/DP sales and Arrowhead CO/TH sales
showed the biggest drop with TOV reaching 34% and Arrowhead reaching 32% of the volume of
last year.

Vail Village, Lionshead, GC Condos and Townhomes Sold Trends

Vail Village TH/CO sales and Cordillera SF sales, however, showed modest growth in
volume from last year with 6 and 6.5% growth in volume, respectively.
