Cordillera Divide, Ranch and Summit have had 34 sales year to date. Which is only one sale down from 2018 YTD. While there were no closings in November there have already been 2 sales so far this December. Highest price sale was at Kicking Horse for $4.7M which is more than $1M higher than last year’s sale by this time YTD. Average selling price in Cordillera thus far this year has been $1,780,872 up from last year’s average sales price of $1,716,243.

There continues to be strength in the village with three $4,000,000+ sales in November alone.
