Vail Village and Lionshead 2020 real estate sales were up a whopping 632% for Single Family and duplexes from 2019. Yes, Vail Village and Lionshead Single Family/Duplex Sales is up 632% from last year! This makes sense as the highest sale ever in the Vail Valley was in August for both sides of a duplex for more than $57 Million!

Then there was a Single Family home that sold on Rock Ledge Rd. in Vail Village for $27,500,000 and another home that sold on Mill Creek Circle (my favorite) for $24,000,000.

All the other neighborhoods within the Focus Area (the Upper Vail Valley) have shown their own impressive increases from years past. Vail Village Condo and Townhome sales volume is up 30%.

Cordillera continues to see impressive increases in sales in its own right. With a 108% increase from last year, Cordillera continues to be a power market. In 2020 alone, there have been 62 homes sold thus far and another 66 homes are under contract. The biggest issue we face now is a crisis of inventory. There are only 9 homes currently on the market in Cordillera. This might be a
good time to sell…..!

Arrowhead, while a little slower to the show is finally demonstrating its vitality with an increase of 124% from last year for their Single Family/Duplex sales. Their Condo/Townhome sales are also up a very healthy 40% from last year.
