We are open for business and working in your best interests every day. As you may know, our mountain community remains on stay-at-home orders and social distancing at this time, so we have transitioned to working remotely by using Coldwell Banker’s technology and National Platform. Hence, I am able to effectively market your property on-line. Even more, all real estate services can be conducted virtually with the entire home selling and purchasing process from virtual tours to remote closings.
I have access to the most cutting-edge tools the market has to offer. One effective program I have used, and use even more today for “touring” a house is Matterport–a revolutionary platform that allows you to virtually step into a home and see every room as well as the layout of the property.
Another effective tool I use is the Virtual Open House utilizing FaceTime, Zoom and other technologies that allow potential buyers to “walk” through the property while I am broadcasting the Open House.
You ask, “How is the market?” At this time, prices remain stable. Real estate economists say that the first half of the year will be flat but the second half of the year should see a rebound.
