January by itself is starting off very strong with dollar volume of all properties sold up 36% this year over last. The number of units sold just in January is up 44% over the same period in 2020.
Cordillera Market Sold Trends
Inventory has been one of our biggest challenge as we enter 2021. If you are considering selling this year you are in a very good position because this is one of strongest markets I’ve seen in nearly 20 years.
