Vail Village, Lionshead, GC Condos and Townhomes Sold Trends
Vail Village Core Condos and Townhomes had a total volume of $245,714,800 in 2019 which was 89% of 2018’s volume. Single Family and Duplex homes was $153,758,288 in 2018 which was 92.8% of 2018. Sold price per square foot was down for Townhomes and Condos at $1,474/sq.ft. for 2019 and $1,546/sq.ft. for 2018. Single Family and Duplex homes sold at an average of $1,922/sq.ft. in 2019 verses $1,864 in 2018 which shows a 103% increase on a per square foot basis.
Cordillera Market Sold Trends
Cordillera’s Ranch, Divide and Summit showed some of the strongest gains. Sales volume was up nearly 113% from 2018. This year the sales volume was $69,429,660. In 2018 sales were $61,493,500. Even more, price per square foot was up in 2019 at $352/sq.ft from 2018’s average price per square foot of $344.
